Create your account
Set up NAVI for your store. Takes about 5 minutes.
Create your Shopify app
NAVI needs a custom app on your Shopify store to pull your order data. Follow these steps — it takes about 5 minutes.
1
Open Shopify Dev Dashboard
Go to dev.shopify.com/dashboard and sign in with your Shopify account. Select your store.

Alternative path: Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → App development → Build apps in Dev Dashboard
2
Create a new app
Click Create app. Name it NAVI Intelligence. The name is internal — your customers won't see it.
3
Create a version with API scopes
Inside your app go to Versions → Create version. Under Admin API access scopes enable these:
read_orders read_all_orders read_customers read_companies read_products read_inventory
Save the version. read_all_orders unlocks full order history beyond 60 days — essential for historical data.
4
Install the app on your store
Go back to the Overview page of your app in the Dev Dashboard.
In the top-right corner under "Installs", click "Install app".

You'll be redirected to your Shopify Admin showing the permissions — click Install to confirm.

Once installed, go to Settings in the left sidebar of the Dev Dashboard. You'll find your Client ID and Client Secret there. Copy both — you'll need them in the next step.
